Eliza was only able to send a short, personal e-mail this week as she is in the midst of a big transfer! She is now serving in Ruse, Bulgaria. Ruse is on the Northern border of Bulgaria, on the banks of the Danube, across the river from Romania. Doesn't that sound so authentically European?
